We offer free shipping on all orders over $1,000 within the United States. For orders under $50, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5 will be applied. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipping times vary depending on your location. We do not offer international shipping. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CTHR LLC. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee at the discretion of CTHR.LLC.
